Senior Business Analyst

 REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business/System Analyst.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the procurement or supply chain domain (mandatory).
Strong IT background and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Experience working in cross-functional and Agile teams.
Nice to have: interest in or hands-on experience with GenAI-based applications.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level, allowing for smooth communication in an international setting.
Availability ASAP, either full-time or part-time with the possibility to move to full-time within 1–3 months.
 SCOPE OF DUTIES:
Long-term cooperation with a leading international consulting company providing IT services for large and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors such as automotive, finance, banking, and manufacturing.
Participation in a strategic initiative aimed at transforming procurement and supply chain management (SCM) processes. The platform leverages GenAI capabilities (primarily RAG-based use cases) to support decision-making, streamline operations, and enhance collaboration with suppliers. Initially, the main focus will be on maintaining existing services, followed by development and continuous improvement within a DevOps Delivery model.
Analyzing and documenting business requirements related to procurement and SCM processes.
Translating business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
Conducting workshops and alignment sessions between business and IT stakeholders.
Supporting the integration of GenAI applications with the platform – identifying use cases and participating in solution design.
Ensuring continuous alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
Working in an international environment.
 WE OFFER:
Long-term cooperation with an hourly rate of 140 – 180 PLN net + VAT.
Support in setting up and managing a business activity for those without prior experience.
Efficient recruitment process – one or two online technical interviews with managers (each lasting about one hour).
Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility possible.
Fully remote, hybrid, or on-site work from the Wrocław office (preference for candidates available for office-based collaboration).
