IT Technical Architect

 REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and implementing IT solutions.
Proven experience in managing technical teams and international projects.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
Proficiency in technologies such as .NET Core or Node.js, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
Excellent communication skills, both with business and technical stakeholders.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level, allowing for smooth communication in an international environment.
Availability ASAP is preferred; a maximum one-month notice period (effective at the end of the month) is acceptable.
 SCOPE OF DUTIES:
Long-term cooperation with a leading international consulting company providing IT services for large and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors such as automotive, finance, banking, and manufacturing.
Acting as a technology leader – supporting teams in designing and implementing solutions that automate tax processes, while also building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Managing and coordinating technical teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps) in digital transformation projects.
Designing secure and scalable solutions based on cloud components.
Organizing architectural workshops and discovery sessions with clients.
Translating business requirements into concrete technological solutions.
Close collaboration with international teams across Europe, the USA, and the APAC region.
Supporting business development activities, including pre-sales, technology evaluation, and proposal preparation.
Working with cutting-edge cloud technologies and automation tools, with real influence on technology strategy and product development.
Performing a role that combines technical, managerial, and business competencies.
Mentoring development teams and ensuring compliance with best architectural practices.
Working in an international environment.
 WE OFFER:
Long-term cooperation with compensation in the range of 160 -180 PLN net/hour + VAT.
Support in setting up and managing a business activity for those without prior experience.
Efficient recruitment process – one or two online technical interviews with managers (each lasting about one hour).
Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility possible.
Fully remote cooperation, or hybrid/on-site work from the Wrocław office (preference for candidates available for office-based collaboration).
