ServiceNow Architect

At least 7 years of experience in IT.
At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
Proven experience in designing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Experience in comprehensive management of implementation projects from start to finish.
Practice in working on highly customized ServiceNow platforms and developing integration solutions.
Preferred: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and at least two other CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications, TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.
Proficiency in using ServiceNow platform features, including Flow Designer, integration tools, and scoped application management.
Proficiency in English at a B2 or C1 level.
Ability to create detailed project documentation and technical specifications.
Availability ASAP is preferred, but a one-month notice period effective at the end of the month is acceptable.
Long-term collaboration with an international, top-tier consulting firm providing IT services to large and medium-sized companies in various sectors such as automotive, finance, banking, and manufacturing.
The leading project is executed for a company in the food industry.
Designing and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms according to business requirements.
Creating and managing complete project documentation, including high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documents.
Developing detailed implementation plans and ensuring comprehensive management of implementation projects.
Developing solid architectural concepts at the enterprise level, where ServiceNow is a key component of broader modular structures.
Designing and implementing scoped applications and troubleshooting customized scoped applications.
Creating and managing workflows and sub-flows, configuring integrations using Flow Designer, and working on highly customized ServiceNow platforms to meet unique business requirements.
Implementing ServiceNow configurations, including creating and managing tables, fields, forms, reports, and dashboards.
Conducting unit tests, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of solutions.
Creating technical documentation, including project documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
Leading the integration of ServiceNow with external systems and applications using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Collaborating in an international environment.
Long-term cooperation with remuneration in the range of 180 – 220 PLN net/hour + VAT.
Support in establishing and running a business for those without such experience.
Efficient recruitment process – two technical interviews with managers, online (each lasting a maximum of one hour).
Cooperation hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with slight flexibility or afternoon-evening hours for projects in the USA.
Fully remote cooperation or hybrid work in one of the cities: Katowice, Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Kraków (according to the candidate’s preference).
