Senior Python API Developer

REQUIREMENTS:

		Minimum 7 years of experience in Python development.
		Technical requirements: Python – very good programming skills; API – experience in API design and development (API Design Principles); REST API – knowledge of frameworks; Azure Pipelines – practical usage (not administration); Azure – general experience with cloud environments; Agile – experience working in agile methodology.
		Independence, interpersonal and communication skills, ability and openness to communicate with business stakeholders.
		English at a minimum B2 level, enabling work in an international environment.
		Availability to start ASAP preferred; up to one-month notice period acceptable, effective at the end of the month.

SCOPE OF DUTIES:

		Long-term cooperation with an international top-tier consulting company providing IT services for large and medium-sized enterprises from various sectors such as automotive, finance, banking, and manufacturing.
		Participation in a long-term transformation project in the banking sector. The project involves migrating solutions from on-premise infrastructure to the Azure cloud – some systems will be developed from scratch, while others will be enhanced and maintained.
		Transformation: migration from on-premise data centers to Azure (building part of the solutions from scratch + development of existing ones), high code quality, focus on Agile and good communication practices.
		Application development in Python.
		Designing and building API interfaces.
		Working with Azure Pipelines (usage).
		Building and developing solutions in the Azure environment.
		Maintenance and development of existing systems.
		Collaboration with an international team.

		Long-term cooperation with a rate of 140 – 170 PLN net/hour + VAT.

		Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility possible.
